Issue Title

 3.1.1   If answered no to physical varied, ie ALWAYS needs assistance.....  it wont let progress through 3.1.4 -  if say NO to physical needs varies.   A pop up occurs  to  say  answer does not match previous   responses, and takes back to  3.1.1

Tony RyanNo presence information (18/02/2009 0:06): Shouldnt be able to get to the do tasks vary question unless you have ticked sometimes somewhere. Hence you cant tick no to tasks vary, it is a check that makes you go back and think about it
